The Pursuit of Higher Ground presented by Rand Stagen

In last week’s Zoom group, Rand Stagen presented The Pursuit of Higher Ground.

Rand’s presentation revealed why the root cause of America’s current divisions is not race, class, or politics but worldviews.

Drawing upon the wisdom of the Stoics (who invite us to recognize that “what’s IN the way IS the way), Rand revealed the rich opportunity of this cultural moment. Rather than viewing hyper-polarization as an obstacle, we are invited to move beyond common ground…in the pursuit of higher ground.

Rand Stagen is the CEO of the Stagen Leadership Academy. Established in 1999, the Academy trains thousands of leaders annually from across North America committed to long-term personal development and using their organizational platforms for positive impact. Before founding Stagen, Rand was a co-founder and Group Publisher of Presido Media, a publisher of newspapers and magazines across the Southwest.
